About this recipe
Design is not just what stands in a space.
Sometimes it emerges on a plate — from shape, contrast, and texture.
When the day is full of work and the mind is overheated, a small experiment helps:
freeze something good, simple, and beautiful.
These tiny edible objects are minimalist, quick, and gently playful.
Just like good design.
Frozen Geometry No. 01 — Banana / Dark / Crack 🍌
The chocolate cracks. Inside stays creamy banana. A small design moment.
Cut the banana in half.
Dip in dark chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios, coconut or nuts.
Freeze for a few hours.
Frozen Geometry No. 02 — Raspberry / Red / Impact 🍓
Small red objects that disappear faster than inspiration.
Dip raspberries or strawberries in chocolate.
Add freeze-dried fruit or pistachios.
Freeze.
Frozen Geometry No. 03 — Coconut / Light / Cube 🥥
After freezing, small white cubes of light appear. Perfect in a smoothie or just as they are.
Mix coconut milk with a little honey or maple syrup.
Pour into ice cube trays.
Freeze.
Frozen Geometry No. 04 — Almond / Dark / Pebble 🍫
Small dark pebbles. Minimalism in one handful.
Coat almonds or hazelnuts in melted chocolate.
Spread on parchment paper and freeze.
Closing
Because sometimes the best design is not the one that lasts for years.
But the one that disappears in five minutes and improves the day.
Chef's tips
Purity of form
Take inspiration from chefs who perceive food as form — working with texture, the contrast of warm and cold.
Minimal Cooking
It's not important to cook in a complex way. Just think like a designer.
