The ripe light of day, soft shadow under a tree, a drop of citrus spark.
Melon that smells like summer's last kiss.

- Drink barefoot. In silence. Or with laughter.
Chef's tips
🍯 Honey
Use raw honey if possible – it has more complex flavors and pairs beautifully with melon.
🥂 Serving
If you have fancy glasses, serve with a small spoon and glass straw – some of the melon can remain "purée-like". It's half lemonade, half summer creamy memory.
✨ Luxury touch
And if you want a touch of luxury – add a drop of rose water and a mint leaf on the surface. The lemonade also looks good in a laboratory flask.
🧘 Ritual
This drink is created slowly. Not as refreshment, but as a transitional ritual. When you drink it, the world quiets down a little.
