Grain of Design meets… Arizona Desert Chic™

…or desert ride

Arizona. Diverse landscape, mountain forests, cacti and deserts. Modern architecture, art galleries in Phoenix. Originally, we wanted a stylish moodboard with the Grand Canyon and Indian reservations. But our round tourist Pagáč got thirsty while walking through the desert. And in the ghost town, he started looking for agave juice and founded a small branch of interior design: Pagáč Desert Chic – Grain of Design.

Scene from the Arizona Grain of Design studio:

Client: „Could we maybe add a dreamcatcher above the bathtub? My grandma says it protects the hot water."
Pagáč from Grain of Design: „I design space, not spirits, darling."

Visual Style

Color Palette

  • Green – Saguaro cacti as antennas of the universe, agave
  • Terracotta – ceramics and dusty vessels
  • Red – rock formations, hot dust
  • Blue – Colorado River whispering between canyons

Textures – slightly parched design

  • Stone – omnipresent: canyons, buildings, shadows
  • Animal skulls – rustic elegance without unnecessary decoration
  • Sand – wind swirls, sandstone lines, subtle shades
  • Macramé – on every window, in doors, even on the ceiling

What's Next?

Warmed-up Pagáč is buying skis, hopefully he won't get soggy.

Grain of Design meets… ?™ We're looking forward to the next adventure!
