Grain of Design meets Italy™

…or when Pagáč wants to experience Dolce vita

ᴳᴰ Visualisation created using generative AI · Concept and creative direction: Grain of Design

Italy — breathtaking coastline, postcard-perfect islands, vineyards winding through the landscape like green lines in the sketchbook of the gods. A land where history mixes with taste, where every bite can be a design manifesto. And also a land where you don't walk – but dance between flavors.

Originally we wanted a stylish moodboard full of monuments and architectural textures. But then someone (yes, Pagáč) said:
"Design can't be eaten? Oh, it can. And you'll have seconds."

So our round pilgrim set off. A glass of wine in one hand, a map that doesn't lead anywhere in the other. The journey? Chaotic. The destination? Sweet.

What did he experience?

Bergamo:
– In front of the market with a bag full of polenta.
– In the window of Polenta e Osei pastry shop, licking the glass.
– Local pensioner: "Ma guarda, che polpettino piccolo!"

Venice:
– Stepped out of a gondola, pizza-shaped shield in hand.
– Standing on a column instead of St. Mark's lion.
– Eyes full of medieval melancholy, cloak fluttering.
"I'm not a lion. I'm Pagáč. And in Italy, even lions need a vacation."

Florence (⚠️ high risk):
– Pagáč as David — but made of dough, not stone.
– Briefs with Italian tricolor.
– Instead of a sword, holding a Bialetti coffee maker.
Note: we won't show you this one.
