Terms & Conditions

1. Basic Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Martina Kunstovná, Company ID: 03813169 (hereinafter "the Provider"), and the client or buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") in the provision of interior design services and related sales.

2. Offered Services and Products

The Provider offers in particular:

• interior design proposals
• consulting services
• 3D visualizations
• technical documentation
• original furniture and textiles
• sale of original merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, accessories)

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for services and products are determined individually according to the scope of the project or current offer.
• Prices are stated in CZK; the Provider is not a VAT payer.
• Payment is made by bank transfer or other methods specified when ordering.
• Payment terms are determined according to pre-agreed conditions.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are accepted via email or contact form on the website.
• Delivery times and conditions are negotiated individually.
• Shipping costs and delivery method will always be specified when ordering.

5. Copyright

• All designs, visualizations, and works created by the Provider are protected by copyright.
• The Client is authorized to use them exclusively for the agreed purpose and is not authorized to further distribute or modify them without the Provider's consent.

6. Withdrawal from Contract

• Conditions for withdrawal from the contract are specified within individual projects.
• For custom-made goods (e.g., personalized merchandise according to customer wishes), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period of 14 days.
• For standard goods from the offer, the right of withdrawal remains preserved in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

• Complaints are handled individually, with emphasis on calm, accommodation, and mutual agreement.
• The buyer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon delivery.
• Complaints will be settled no later than 30 days from the date of their submission.
• Any disputes will be resolved amicably, or at the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

8. Liability and Client Materials

The Provider is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by late delivery of materials or incorrect information from the Client.

9. Personal Data Protection

• Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and GDPR.
• Details are provided in a separate document "Privacy Policy".

10. Final Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 20, 2025.
• The Provider reserves the right to update them at any time.
• The current version is always available on the Grain of Design website.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the relationship is governed by these conditions.
