About this recipe
"When the spoon carries a touch, and dessert is not food, but a confession."
Today Sunday. Air lazy, hands still smell of foxes.
And then she comes – a bowl from England with a pearl rim.
Inside: fresh strawberries, a drop of lemon, a pinch of sugar, a spoonful of cream.
On top some matcha powder – like moss at the bottom of a forest bowl.
This is what siesta tastes like. And maybe love too.
Ingredients

- to taste Strawberries – fresh, washed
- a pinch Cane sugar

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and keep a few for decoration.
Slicing and flavoring
Cut the rest into neat slices, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of cane sugar and drizzle with lemon juice.
